This site was built in ASP.net. Its at http://www.recyclemystuff.org. 1. Its basically like CraigsList except users can add full feature stock photos that will display as default. These stock photos are chosen by the advertiser/user or users can upload their own photos. 2. Categories for items to be advertised are pre selected (limited) drop downs with a little text to enter if they desire. Users can also choose "other" & type in their own headings if something is not in the drop downs. 3. Users can browse by city state postal/zip code & country to find items near them & are able to see listings. 4. The site was upgraded to ASP.net 3.5. but is incomplete. 5. Need a scraper created that can scrape all the information from craigslist.org Need a scraper created that can scrape all the information from backpage.com and then deposit it correctly into our database to update our classifieds site correctly. This should include categories and subcategories and as much information as possible. We should also be able to easily modify the script to have it deposit it into different databases tables as we see fit for other classifieds sites we would like to dump the information into. The script should be able to be run by a cron job and be smart enough not to scrape the same ad and put it on our site twice. I seek someone that has experience with an internet/social marketing full campaign. I want to initially start by posting 2 ads on craigslist 10 times a day. I have developed 30 titles for each but need descriptions for the ads with pictures that won't get ghosted or flagged. If that goes well we will add 4 more ads and need a logo design and websitedesigned integrated with Craigslist, Facebook, Twitter and SEO google rankings. Can you help me? Classifieds website with the following features : When you first log in to the website you see a list of countries\cities (similar to eBay classifieds or formerly Kijiji and craigslist). On every city there's categories for the classifieds with a panel at the top and to the right that lists premium or featured ads (ads that people are willing to pay extra so they show up on their city's homepage) similar to (Classifieds Theme by premiumpress.com). Categories, design and look and feel very similar to eBayclassifieds but with your own twist. Ad layout is interchangeable, car ads are different to electronics ads for example. The website should be in Right To Left orientation, with a language file so I can translate it to Arabic. With another version in Left To Right so I would have the option to launch an English version sometime. There would be a simple membership system, with ability to view the ads you posted, check their status (offline or live) and the ability to buy premium status for their ads. I would also like a simple design, minimalistic and web 2.0 like eBayclassifieds, logo not included, with the ability to change the theme. I understand that making something like this from scratch might be costly and tedious, I really like the Classifieds Theme by premiumpress.com but I have asked them and they don't support the separate cities\countries feature and also no Arabic or Right To Left. If you could implement those with already existing open source software like the Classifieds Theme for Wordpress, I'm OK with that. I hope I didn't forget to include anything. I've attached example of the html Craigslist ads, press releases, .jpeg graphic and business card, will send other 3 smaller files when awarded project. We will probably need some kind of ftp sharing as well, since two of the pdf's are huge like 15/18MB each and I don't any email acct will send/receive them sadly.
