Our ERP software is quite useful, however, our process of creating mock-ups has been bogged down by this, and we are currently slower at responding to these requests than we were since before we implemented Netsuite. Our previous system utilized Access and we were able to pull the Transaction ID, Date, Product Name & Color into the PDF/Illustrator automatically. We would need to be able to pull that same information into a PDF/Illustrator and have the ability to edit the text as needed, and add images and layers for the different logos/products. The Netsuite platform uses Javascript for it's customization, and our systems are Windows 7 64-bit. We are currently using Adobe Creative Suite 4 for our editing Suite. Attached is a copy of what our final mock-up sheets look like that we send out.

I have a single form(edit.html.erb) that is written in Rails, and need it converted to PHP. The form is not complex, but populates some SELECTs from different tables and also stores data in several tables. Currently each input on the form saves data individually using Ajax. I want to simplify the form to use a single submit button. - form selects store name from table by looking up request.remote_addr - form then populates 5 select dropdowns with employee names - table of sales terminals is generated based on number of terminals in selected store (1 to 4 terminals) I have attached some images of the form, as well as form HTML from Rails version. Also attached is SQL of DB structure Some of the fields on the form calculate totals, but I will do that later if it make the project go more quickly

My client runs a business where they print logos onto the fronts of work gloves. The site showcases gloves that can be purchased and some have the ability to be printed on and others, no. They'll be able to make the distinction between those that need the logo and those that don't when they process the order, so having the cart make the distinction itself isn't necessary. The shopping cart needs to have the ability for the client to upload an image of a logo for the printer. Then my client needs to be able to access the image and have it attached to the specific order ( maybe with the order number for the name or something. Whatever is easiest for you.) in the backend. I assume this would require either writing to the database or something similar to keep it organized. The types of files allowed would be jpg, gif, png, tif, pdf and sizes allowed would be no smaller than 400px or 200kb. (Whichever would provide the best high quality image.) I also need it to add a $35 fee to the total price in the shopping cart if they're including a logo for each separate image that is uploaded.
