Greetings, I have built a simple html website that contains a project portfolio section. 30 project pages share an html scrolling navigation bar that is set in an iframe on each page. The client would like the navbar to maintain its horizontal position as users click from page-to-page, which currently does not happen, because when the user clicks to a new page, the iframe refreshes, scrolling back to the top. I like to work with a programmer who can rebuild the navigation using javascript or flash, maintaining its current type style, and integrate it into the pages so that I only have to update one file. I would need to be able to update it regularly myself. I have some javascript and flash knowledge. Please let me know if you need more information. Thank you.

This project is already in the works. The design is already there, and a lot of time and effort has been put into the site, but it just doesn't seem to be working right. We had a company in India working on it, but once it got to a certain point, they just stopped. We really need someone that knows what they are doing to go in and see if what is there is worth messing with to make it work or if we just need to scrap the whole admin section and operator section and do something else. This website was supposed to be up and running over a month ago, so we really need to find someone who can get started soon. The idea was to have a clone of niteflirt.com on the backend, but what we got was a very crude version, which we aren't even sure works properly at this point. We really need to make as many little changes as possible to get it working, so we can start making money, and then we want to redo the site to make it more user friendly. What we need: --Potential callers need to be able to view operators' profiles and click a call button to connect with an operator. (We already have a service set up that will connect the caller and the operator.) --The operator needs to be able to click a button that shows that they are available to talk, and then click it again to show that they are no longer available. --We would like an online timer that allows the operator to see how long they have been on a call. --Must connect to our 800 number and count down the minutes while the operators are on the phone with the caller. The caller will have purchased a certain amount of minutes, and the timer must keep up with the minutes in the callers account. --When the operator fills out their profile, they need to be able to insert html into the text box, if they want to, and the html needs to automatically be inserted into a template, which will serve as the operator's profile page. --Operators should be able to add buttons where they can accept funds as a gift. --There should be a warning that interrupts the phone conversation at 5 minutes and allow the caller to add more time by just pushing a button their phone, if they want to. --The credit card information need to be encrypted and secure. --The operators need to be able to pick any per minute rate they would like to charge, have it listed on their profile page, and for us to automatically take out 30% and a $0.20 connection fee out of their earnings. We need to be able to see this on the admin side. --Each operator needs to have a permanent number associated with their account for accounting purposes. --Later, we want to add a live webcam section that charges per minute. If we can get someone to look over what we have already, and see if they can make it work as quickly as possible, that would be great. Then, we would like to have that same person start making other changes to make the site more user friendly. We have other website projects coming up that is completely separate from this one that we will need to hire someone for. We would really like to find a person that is very knowledgeable in these types of websites that can also help us in the future.
