STEP II. We ar looking for someone who is capable to collect e-mail addresses: 1./ in Europe; 2./ worldwide, and test them (see STEP I.). STEP III. Send out e-mails: 2-3 millions/month at the beginning, up to 10-15 millions/month (quantity depending on the speed of e-mail addresse collection). You can use your own server.
