I am creating a start up company called Perform London. It's a website that's aimed at promoting the performance industry by giving performers a profile on our site where they upload multimedia regarding their performance skills as well as updating news, gigs, booking information etc.. We currently have a developer coming to the end of building the bespoke dynamic content managed site from my designs. During development we wanted to add an additional functionality to the site called “crowdsourcing”. This will allow users of the site to create events and get quotes and secure a service from their selected crowd of performers (much like scriptlance.com). Their will be an event management system for all the users/performers to manage their events. Unfortunately our current developer isn't able to commit his schedule to developing this extra functionality. Therefore I would very much appreciate it if you could give me a quote to develop this section of the site. The site has had a bespoke build. The technologies used for the build are a Linux platform, PHP, AJAX, JavaScript and of course html (I am unsure of the database although I believe it is MySQL). The added section will need to adhere to this build foundation. The payment system will be Sage Pay's merchant account. We will only be taking the transaction fee owed to us for using our services and will not be taking the full amount that is owed to the performer for their services. In addition to this he will put together documentation regarding the parts of the site which you will need to dovetail into the “crowdsourcing” systems and will make himself available to you if there is anything that you may wish to discuss regarding your section of development. I have designed all the screen shots and the functionality of crowd sourcing user/performer system (I have not however designed any administration system. This will be left to the developer).
